What To Expect Classes are at least 45 minutes, but no longer than 60, depending on the instructors program. A typical session includes dynamic weight training focused on building strength.

Pricing Classes out of our Foundation Strength Studio location are $35/session. Classes held at The Foundry Gym in downtown Cold Spring are $40/session. Classes can be purchased in packages, or one at a time.
