What To Expect: Sessions are at least 45 minutes, but no longer than 60, depending on the instructor's program. Each plan is customized to your group's collective goals and fitness levels. A typical session includes dynamic weight training focused on building strength.

Cancelation Policy Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled through our portal. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
